Titus Bikes was bought by Planet X in late 2010. We have big plans for Titus, and whilst maintaining the companies strong US heritage and loyal customer base is a big priority for us, we also want to incorporate the customer service standards of Planet X’s successful UK operation.
We are now working out of Portland, Oregon, with our team their headed by US industry stalwart, Michael Golinski – creator of the original singlespeed brand Spot, and long time bike-forum and alt.bike enthusiast Shiggy Person. Joining them is ex-IT bikegeek extraordinaire Jeremy Schroeder.

Technical Development
Heading up our design and innovation department is seasoned industry leader Brant Richards. Brant has been in the cycling industry for over 25yrs, working up from sales assistant, through journalism to be the Editor of MBR magazine and Bikemagic.com. He then left journalism to start On-One bikes with Planet X Owner Dave Loughran, developed that brand and Planet into a direct sales model, before leaving for a two year period to work with Nukeproof on their World Cup Downhill bike “Scalp”, their all-mountain “Mega” bikes, and re-launch the Vitus Bikes brand in Europe.
Returning to On-One and Planet X in 2011, Brant’s industry experience is guiding Titus forward in a solid new direction. He rides an El Guapo in Calderdale, Yorkshire.
