This warranty covers the original owner for a period of two years for all ALUMINUM frames and swingarms. CARBON/TI frames are covered for 5 years, and TITANIUM frames are covered for the lifetime of the original owner.
After TITUS receives the damaged frame, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion, within a reasonable amount of time. However, this may not be in time for the "big ride" or the next race. As TITUS specializes in custom geometry work, many frames and parts require special consideration and time, and cannot be mass produced ahead of time or replaced with a "substitute". Frames will be repaired or replaced that are defective in normal use. This warranty does not cover damage from crashes, riding around with a full of water, beating the bike with a tool, using the wrong size or poorly designed components and/or other such bike abuse.
We highly recommend that you:
- Inspect all of your equipment (especially the frame) before each ride.
- Don't let water stand anywhere on the bike. Aluminum and steel both corrode.
- Do not ride on cracked parts. You will get hurt! Return them immediately!
FULL SUSPENSION FRAMES: Aluminum rear ends are covered for a period of two years from date of purchase. Pivot wear is not covered under this warranty. Also, all service must be performed by an authorized TITUS dealer. Failure to adhere to this may result in voiding this warranty.
